Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns and new orders separately to get you your perfect pair faster. Return your original order (following the return process) and place a new order for the size or style you prefer!
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we can’t be responsible for return packages that don’t make it back to us!
